2024年3月20日-22日，SEMICON CHINA 2024与同期举办的慕尼黑上海电子生产设备展在上海新国际博览中心完美收官！深科达智能装备股份有限公司（以下简称“深科达”）携带超乎想象的智慧半导体封测解决方案亮相T3馆T3161展位（SEMICON CHINA 2024）和E6馆6368展位（慕尼黑上海电子生产设备展），现场人头攒动，热闹非凡。

On March 20-22, 2024, SEMICON CHINA 2024 and the Munich Shanghai Electronic Production Equipment Exhibition held at the same time concluded perfectly at the Shanghai New International Expo Center! S-KING showcased its unimaginable smart semiconductor packaging and testing solutions at booth T3161 (SEMICON CHINA 2024) and booth 6368 (Shanghai Electronic Production Equipment Exhibition in Munich) in Hall T3 and Hall E6. The venue was packed with people and lively.
